Games in relation with digital management evolution

Nowadays, it is difficult to manage people with the appearance of digital. The links are disturbed and evolve more and more everyday. We always need to innovate and to be better than the others as well as to be more productive than them. As a matter of fact, many companies try to find original ways to involve their teams in these changes.  For example, they work on the start-up spirit : a total freedom of expression without any judgement.

However, old ones have to reinvent themselves to keep their place in the « digital » competition. They need to be original and funnier : so what about including games in it?

Games and avatars : a funny way to exchange.

Evolution within the companies.

First of all, some companies have established a new way to exchange with fun : games. In fact, these lasts usually requires the creation of an avatar (def : a icon or figure representing a particular person in video games, internet forums, and so one…) For example, you can walk with it through the office and you can talk, share and give some orders to the other avatars of the same company.

Studies have shown how this idea dramatically increased productivity, efficiency and cohesion between the members. Testimonials explain : “Since I use this software my team are happy to work and I hear them laugh all days. We’re creating strong bonds and they’re so much happier to work”. Thus, the developer should try to optimize the game because there is a huge potential behind this.

Digital changes on the social media.

Google and Facebook are actually working on that : Facebook try to create a game where you can create your own avatar with your profile because for them it is a way for them to bounce back on their difficulties. We are waiting this for early 2020.

Meanwhile, Google does it on large scale. They try to make an internet worldwide game to facilitate the transfer of information, to make people more accessible. Finally, something to watch closely.

To put it in a nutshell, people are constantly educating themselves on these new evolutions, and that is a great thing. You can read more about the digital management education here.

I’m really loving the theme/design of your website. Do you ever run into any browser compatibility problems? A few of my blog visitors have complained about my website not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox. Do you have any suggestions to help fix this problem?
